I really hope that sense prevails and the letter persuades the minister to take action, however, my cynical side doubts that anything will happen quickly, I hope I am wrong.

But you can only use it in public spaces (with local government permission of course!) if you are in a tier 3 area, if tier 2 then your garden is fair game with all those old lost coins to find......wow this is a fantastic scheme from the Chancellor, it will solve the economic crisis within a month ...
