The amount they get charged for permission my, to some, appear expensive, but taken over a period
it is worth every penny. Some wonderful finds have come to light due to their dedication.

Took me all of 20 seconds to type "Wiltshire Wildlife & Heritage Crime Officer" into Google... http://www.wiltshire.police.uk/departments/rural-crime-team You assume the holes appeared yesterday ... !!! But they appeared a couple of years ago. So suggest you try a retrospective search...
