Yeah, also seen him on YouTube, agree he's quite a character - never does arable all from pasture as far as I can tell; his excitement does get the better of him but he means well and always contacts his FLO and I've seen him get geo-phys and archaeologists involved

Thanks yet again, and as I suspected at least one I've previously posted so apologies for my rubbish admin.
Tonight I will look at the names in more detail to work out if any still have local connections - and label them up!!

yes, been keeping an eye on this a few people in our club are Cam residents and were instrumental in the petition; a day or so before it broke on the news we had our club meeting so got some amazing close up pictures of the site from our guys

Wow Dave, that's just fascinating - to tie it down to a local family is superb - with your permission can I pass it on to the Charlton Kings heritage group - they may additional local records that may help tell the story associated with this otherwise overlooked button find
