A month after these four were found they brought another two in to the club meeting.
The archaeologist suggested that the gold was acquired to produce Iceni coins.

They were found on the same field and are treasure.
Apparently 9 and 3 BC.
The coin archaeologist suggested that they would have probably have been acquired to make Iceni stators.
By the time I added 8 coin views together the picture was 89 mega-pixels. I posted a smaller version.

I had a chip basket with a wooden handle (handle attached to both edges of basket for better stability)
It needs much less shaking as it leaves all the soft sand behind.
I did get some funny looks from a market trader who saw me testing his wares with a 5p coin.
