it looks like a local militia button to me, i have moved it to blue yetis thread so you are more likely to get an ID from him as he is the main man when it comes to this type of stuff.

from a museum stance it all depends on whether it is accredited by the Art Council or not, if not then i would be able to set its own standards, i.e. do what it likes with its own collection.....moral, before you "donate" or of you have anything going through the Treasure process that gets...

apparently as i dont have the "windows 10 app icon" on the right on my tool bar i am stuffed, i have done all possible to try and get it back, i am on the correct version of windows 8.1, system fully up to date, i have done a trouble shoot..........nada, grrrrr!!!
suggestions please anyone?
