Whenever I go detecting I carry a small bottle of anticeptic hand cleansing gel with my, as, if not using gloves, you never know what you may dig up, particularly on beaches. A couple of days ago I got a handful of dog poo, where some idiot had just covered it with sand. Fortunately I was able to cl...
