This is something that keeps getting chatted about and steve did do a draft flyer, i will see if i can find its detail :g50: i feel it should be done sooner than the crops ripen, because as soon as the crops are off the composters will want to ofload the compost they will have building up, if anyone...

i am pleased every time we have someone commenting on the green waste as the more that join in the better :g50: i am steering more to the thought of the farmers need making aware whats in the waste and to stop them accepting it in the first place, along with better screening and regulating of contam...

We have a very good AS/Early medi site (the IKEA field) that has contamination from mashed MDF. The attack plan is just to detect it and play the odds game.... its around 70 or 80/1 ratio for a "find" to crap score. Work towards a more focused effort is on the Agenda for the NCMD meeting ...

problem is also - whatever happens now or whatever you do, the waste can not be removed, detectorists should be doing more while some fields are still ok.

i am suprised dave that no one from the area had tried to get it stopped before it went so far, more and more land is covered every day and before you know it every field in every area will be ruined.

Thanks for the comments, its given me a bit of a boost to contact a few more people, as soon as ste has got the recording we will get a youtube clip done but we will need some good pics of waste to put on and back it up.
