Came across this website that lets you generate measurement scales you can print out for using when photographing finds:

There is also this one. Although I've never found them to be that accurate in practice.

That's listed on the toolbar :g50: You have to print them a certain way to be accurate.

I did the same as Tom and Tim. Cheap enough but the postage was a killer!!!!!
Deus, XP GMP, CS 4Pi, Canon 450d, Garmin GPS, PAS Self Recorder.
Hamster Count 55. Then so far this year 0 to the Deus.
Denarius Count 7. Then so far this year 0.

On a similar subject, I bought a couple of sets of these calipers a while back when Lidl
were doing them for about £7 each.

The batteries seem to last longer if you remove them after use.

Where is the bast place to get hold of the digital scales, for weighing small finds ?
I didn't see any on the Past Horizons site.

I didn't see any on the Past Horizons site.
I got a nice set from Maplins. Click Here My set came with a calibration 100g weight for checking them.
