The silver clasp is nice but I would not have thought the Roman bronze would make front page news but good news for the hobby

Not to surprising as the Romans were well established at the neighbouring beach and had buildings on Brean Down.
Part of the area including the beach are scheduled so be careful if detecting that end of the beach. Jerry.

I was down at Breen sands a couple of weeks ago.Was staying with friends in their caravan. Had my detector with me but never had the time to get out and do a bit.......... The cider was very nice there from what I remember!
