i dont see any culprits being arrested yet
People are arrested every day for thefts of fuel oil, farming equipment and railway cables. Just because you dont see it doesnt mean its not happening.

Also, ever since the CPS came into the equasion, prosecutions have dropped, due to the fact that it is they who decide whether a case goes to court or not. There is also the fact that, often the CPS appionted solicitors appear to be well below par when it comes to presenting the cases.

Any police officer on here, serving or not, would be able to quote God knows how many times when the police have had a watertight case against a criminal, where CPS have dropped it, due to "insufficient evidence"

I know of officers who quit the job, because of the fact that they no longer had any control over cases.

It would be interesting to know how many folk would be prepared to work with the police in an effort to nail offenders.
I used to have an issue regarding having an inferiority complex, I no longer have an issue with being inferior.
