The Bloodhound Project

Post by popsandme »

I dont know about you fellas but I am following the Bloodhound SSC Project but some of the engineering that is going into this 1000mph car is astounding.....just watched them firing a projectile into the bullet proof panels for the lining of the cock pit!

And if you have a spare 40 minutes this is well worth a watch.

That was brilliant Pops - 40 mins well spent - loved the stunt plane piece and as they love to say these days 'it was awesome'

My son bought me this for my birthday last year.
I think you will need a microscope or binoculars to see the name on the tail fin.
It's the thought that counts :superhappy: :superhappy:

Thanks Pops, great insight into how it's put together. It's one hell of a beast.

I love anything sci fi, I didn't think the thrust would do it but they built the speed up over several runs which made a lot of sense.
