Treasure hunter Dave finds unexploded bomb

A COUPLE had the shock of their lives when they discovered a bomb during a metal detecting trip.

David Lovey, 48, of Warren Drive, Basildon, was on a treasure hunting expedition with his wife, Kat, in a field in Pitsea.........

Interesting, thank you Phil. I do wish the media would stop calling us treasure hunters, if that is all we are, most would have given up a great hobby years ago.

I think treasured hunters would be better John :g49: for the gratis recovery of our nations history and the encouragement of tourism by filling museums with our finds.
