Sadly The Vindolanda Trust announces the death of Robin Birley, founder Director of the Trust, on the evening of Wednesday August 29th 2018.

I have been to Vinolanda many,many times.......... This is very sad news.

I went to Vindolanda for the first time last year, it's a amazing place that I will be visiting again... yes Euan very sad news...
