Yes, our Club took part in the survey in November, I've done an article on it to be included in the Newsletter, the members enjoyed working with the students and we hope to survey some more fields in the New Year.

I have detected in the village itself, before some new housing went up.
The place has history of medieval and earlier pottery,s although there was very little in the way of metalic finds on that specific site.
A little disapointing when you think we were detecting right in the middle of the vilage, on what must have been the only ploughed field left in that location for many a year given how old the village and surrounding buildings are.
