Folded silver coin Henry 111

:g43: sorry no photos lap top playing up, had two hammered silver yesterday in nice condition too, unfortunately the Henry 111 is folded and there's just a slight gap to get a finger nail in, I'm so tempted to try straighten it, any ideas, thanks Tom.. :g50:

i think you have to heat it up with a hot air gun then put it in water then open it a bit and slowely repeat the prosses :g43: .im sure there is something about it on the minelab forum. :g50:

A mate did a Henry VIII half groat for me late mouth, took him many hours and many heatings to get it done. If its folded that far it may brake or crack!

Thanks for your advice Barry & Clunk, it seems a shame to leave it as it is, it must have been almost mint before it got a clout off the plough, will have a ponder :g50:

if its a good coin i would send it away .timeline did my noble,it was bent in half .i think it was about 60 pound. :g50:
