Hi all
This is just to let you know we have a Midweek Dig this week on Wednesday 26th Sept in East Northants
We been allowed to return to the Roman Field and the Stater field that we recently used and discovered for the first time in August, when we searched them in stubble for the first time.
They have both now been cultivated. The Roman field on our first visit produced over 150 Roman coins including a couple of Denarius and Siliquea, there were also several Roman brooches found, we also found a gold Stater and some nice hammered coins.
If you are interested in coming along then please email me for details at centralsearchers@ntlworld.com
Hope to see some of you there
Gill
