Hi all
Just to let you know we have a dig this weekend in East Northants on around 35 acres of pasture one of the fields we have never been on before the last time we have been on some of the fields were in 2011.
We had some nice finds from this area including a couple of Saxon brooches on adjacent land, the area has a lot of Saxon and Roman history.
Most of the land is not permanent pasture, it has been cultivated every 3 to 4 years and re seeded with grass.
