Ghost you should be on Adobe reader 7 MINIMUM
This will give you a huge imporvement on speed and performance. (after the initial load which is also far better than it was).
Get it here : http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/r ... sions.html Make sure you select the correct windows version and language.
You can select from versions 6, 7 and 8 after selecting your OS.

I must admit, I avoid PDF files loke the plague, why not stick it on a web page, everyone can read read it then without any problems :idea:

every time i try to open these files i get a load of jiberish,downloaded yhe adobe 8,still get a load of l900ju8hy7h ami missing somethig,should i runthe file or save it.

Adobe does at some point need to update itself, let it.
The updated software is alot better than the reader of old.
Once updated (you may require a reboot),everything should work perfick

Thanks for that Co, I am looking for something that will enable those that wish to, to download the newsletter in html format. We'll see what transpires but at the moment they in a very tiny minority

Excellent - good effort everyone. Sorry I didn't reply to the pm asking for input - a bit busy whizzing round the world at the moment (Rio the end of next week !) but I will dig out somat eventually. Keep up the good work . Come on everyone - get that half written article in your old Word files dusted down and submitted.
