I enjoyed that, what a good read, and well produced.
The article on old postcards gave me plenty to think about.

Re: UKDN Word - Issue 6
well done the news team for your hard work it really must be a long hard ongoing slog to keep putting such a great news letter together each month so i'm glad i could be of some help to you in this latest issue... please remember guys and girls without our help the news team will find next months issue even harder to produce ... it only took me about an hour to write my story and one phone call to the farmer and a short trip to get some photos a small price to pay for a great read each month... so if you have something that might make a good story then p.m the news team so they can talk to you ... they need our support ... Re: UKDN Word - Issue 6
What can i say? Its already been said!!!!! Big thanks to the team and those who contributed articles. Finding that piece of plough on the farm was a good way of securing years of detecting on that land!
Again very good and i will read it over again as you never take all in first time round....you know watch a film then watch it again...notice something you didnt before?
Old postcards are never that interesting? HUH i never knew they were any about let alone gave so much history about a place, i liked that article as for me it was something i would never even think about. Shall be looking at such things so differently at the next car boot or flea market. Cheers Sean
