Regarding the mention of the batteries in the report, speaking to Regtons, the 3-4 yrs was the old style battery the new ones last 4-5 yrs if managed correctly. Regtons also replace the batteries at £30 inc battery (for one battery) , all 3 batteries in the unit are the same, so obviously are replaced when required
