Newbie in Berkshire

Post by Justin Trevett »

Hi All,

I would like to say a big hello :g32: , I recently purchased a new Minelab detector and I cant wait to use it :).
Are there any groups around the Bracknell area who I can tag along with to learn the ropes as it were.

Thank you in advance for your responses

Justin

Hello Justin, and welcome. Which detector did you choose, and where do you intend to detect, land or beach ?
I used to have an issue regarding having an inferiority complex, I no longer have an issue with being inferior.

I purchased a Minelab terra305, Looking mainly to detect inland with the odd trip to the beach.

Around five year's ago I purchased a cheap detector without doing my home work and as you can guess I used it twice and it was forgotten about, I was recommended the Minelab as a good starter/intermediate detector is this a good choice?
