Good one Tinner - I would like large images of both sides please. Hoping there is a rivet stub on the other side. I think it is from Valenciennes in France. P.295 of my book - not one on the Gallery yet!
Found any lead bag seals? Email a piccy to me for inclusion on The Bag Seal Gallery Ourpasthistory.com Image Gallery :: Lead Cloth & Bag Seals

Thanks - yes traces of a rivet stub there and a cloth weave imprint. Any chance of sending the full size image, as it comes from your phone / camera to stuarteltonstuartelton@gmail.com please Tinner?

This one turned up yesterday. It seems to have a date on it.

This turned up yesterday. Seems quite large for a bag seal.
