Various media outlets have been reporting in recent days about discoveries made by Wessex Archaeology during excavations in advance of the construction of a cable route to carry power from what will be the world’s largest offshore wind farm to a substation at North Killingholme in North Lincolnshire.

Good read, they have found lots more than reported its just up the road from where i work the last two years they have being rebuilding a new link road to the docks and then they found a roman settlement then , so around 4/5 found around same area, i didnt know about the one at north killingholme , will be doing some investigating cheers for the post......
