Its coming....

Post by Karv »

The wife has been tasked with a visit to Argos as they tell me they have the camera in stock for collection tomorrow(finally as I've been sending her mad lol). I reserved it as soon as I got the mail, they seem to have 1 at each store locally.

I won't get to play until I get back home though on Thursday night :(

Very nice saw these advertised in one of the mags. Don't forget a SD card, 4 gig at least. And 4 or 8 high mAh AA rechargables. Ay max zoom you will need a tripod as well.

8gb sdhc card - check (requires minimum class 4 so had to buy a new one )
tripod - check
batteries - have lidl nimh2500's which run an explorer for 6-8 hours so hopefully these will do, will invest in more.

Now I just need me in the same part of the country as the damn camera lol ;)

I always carry a set of spare batteries, from Pound Land in the photo, PC section pick up one of those small camera sized pouches just bigger then a credit card. Ideal for 4 AA batteries. The USB card readers are not to bad either.
