Found in Worcestershire today

This button came of a farm in Worcestershire. Is it a livery button?
On the back the word that I can clearly make out is quality and I feel the other word is superior.

New phone but managed to work it out. Hope this pictures give some better detail.

Recovered, today, from a hill on the Worcestershire/ Warwickshire border.
Never had much luck in identifying them
