Seem Sensible.. however last time it didnt stop the pay per dig clubs. and ncmd did nothing about them They can`t because such businesses were legally allowed to function. They aren`t this time around. The only way to stop them is by not funding them. Don`t go & don`t pay. It is that simple. :g...
