They got Ricardio the Suffolk FLO in to dig the base of the pot out. 1,028 was the 2 day score and another 29 on day 3..... still more on day 4 scattered throughout the plough soil.

They farm them just near us. Can run at the speed of a horse and are more manoeuvrable, you would not want to bump into one by accident!!

Noticed the report was from Nov.2016.I wonder if anything came of that. The find was made in 1996, if he waited 20 years to "go to the papers" then the simple answer is No. Statute of limitations (Limitations Act 1980) limits such a "claim" to 6 years so his time ran out in 2002 or 6 years after fi...

Those 25 acres represent about 0.8% of the "battle site". As we know these battle fields are very ephemeral things with skirmishes and fights across a massive area. Metal detecting has already proved the "accepted" battlefield is not in the right place, neither is the visitors centre! Alongside that...
