Seems "odd" that its not listed on the forthcoming auction.
Rumour suggests that somebody in the "seller/launderer chain" is associated with another dubious coin as well.
This Baldred penny rang a lot of alarm bells as well.

So people can compare the coin to a genuine silver penny of the moneyer BOSA...... personally I don`t think the gold coin looks anything like the silver penny.

Strange that one dealer has a time & date stamped image on their phone from a couple of months before said coin was "found in a field".
