The law is an ass and continually proves it. His sentence is giving the green light to all nighthawkers. A slap on the wrist isn't the way to go.. a fixed prison sentence of five or more years and a heavy fine is the only deterrent nighthawkers will understand. If they have no money to pay the fine...
