Fascinating archaeological finds in new book reveal life in Lincolnshire over centuries past.
Since 2003, over 75,000 small archaeological discoveries made by the public in Lincolnshire have been reported to the Portable Antiquities Scheme. Adam Daubney, the county's Finds Liaison Officer, has picked his favourite 50 for a new book and chats to Dawn Hinsley about them...

An excellent read and reference work from Adam.......the Venetian Soldino on page 70 is especially nice....... :g39: :g37:

Had my copy for a couple of months now, well worth the money :g50:

I thought the soldino was the worst item Tom :g42:
I have become comfortably numb

Our flo is in the process of doing a similar book about finds from the Merseyside area.
My Saxon pin is included in the book :coolestdude:
