It's a right old ponderer for sure :g43: They don't look like they have been in salty water for too long though, to me anyway. In my experience copper or bronze coins don't get a green patina in the salty sand. I could be proved wrong of course :g43: :g43:

Yep, something not right there... :g43: I don't recall reading any written Roman histories involving the conquest of the Americas... :g43: :g42: it would be interesting to know how they've turned up there? Certainly and discussion point and something to think about...

Well it is from Fox News the 'inventer' of such things.

I think it is a typo.....it should have said "Treasure hunter finds possible Roman coins on eBay Area" :g42:
