It's quite interesting because according to the BBC: Outdoor recreation encouraged. You can meet one person outside your household.
This of course would depend on whether you could reasonably be expected to meet others whilst out?

Outdoor recreation encouraged.
It would appear you can go out on your own or with one other person, as long as the land owner agrees.

The government again have left grey areas for people to make their own minds up on. They don't say whether it's okay to drive to your metal detecting site (recreational !!! another grey area) or is driving just for essentials such as work, shopping, hospital/doctor appointments. The lockdown is a month too late in my opinion.

NCMD's statement from yesterday that they've put up on there Facebook page...

"This evening the Government announced a new lockdown for England starting on Thursday 5th November. Whilst the lockdown will impact our hobby, at this point the full detail of the impact isn’t clear. Once further detail of the lockdown is published we will provide detailed advice to you.

Until then speculation and rumour is just that, and is probably best avoided."

Let's wait and see... :g43: :g46:

nothing about aviation which has caused the latest lockdown from tourists coming back from spain ..guments are more worried about airlines than administering the essential medicine to get on top

of covid

aviation is a super spreader which will allow it to fester for years and years needing more lockdowns
