Quite right too - the good burghers of Thetford should be able to live their lives free from the scourge of magnet fishing, and other such heinous vices.

I’ve permissions in thetford that I’ve had for years, never been to thetford so never been on the lands .
I’ve family who live there who know farmers etc....
