i agree what a joke at £4 each but it was the finder himself that guessed they could be worth around £4 each

Being that Edward 1st coins are perhaps the most common of hammered coins to be found it's no wonder they're thinking of a low price. Anyone know what Ebay are selling them for at the moment?

Its like many coins and artefacts nowadays. The more that are found, the less they are worth.
