Movie legend Paul Newman dies, 83

Hollywood legend Paul Newman has died of cancer at the age of 83, his spokesman has confirmed.

The blue-eyed star of films like Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid had died at home on Friday surrounded by family and close friends, said Jeff Sanderson. Click Here

For me one of the worst things about getting old is losing your loved ones and the movie icons that you grew up with; they all seemed indestructable somehow.I also think on how the relatives of such greats react when they see them so vital and larger than life again and again in their movies, after they have gone.
As another star has already commented, 'Paul Newman set the bar too high for all the rest of us to reach'.A pretty good testament to leave behind.

I think one of the most stunning men in films ever! Striking and mesmerising.
I am not a film person, and not for celebrity worshiping, but in a film or any picture in a mag, I am transfixed!

A real family man, I feel for his loved ones, am sure he will be missed greatly.
