Maps showing some no go areas to be avoided

Post by PhilD »

Maps showing some no go areas, a wide clearance is advised.

England (shows SAM's and SSSI's) keep clicking on your field and any in the area will appear

Wales (click on 'Enter the historic Wales portal') shows SAM's

Scotland (shows SAM's)

Likewise, it shows the need for research. Thank you for the links.

Are the SSI areas and Scheduled Monuments the only layers we need to worry about? I find the number of layers on MAGIC bewildering!
Hammered in 2015 - 8 : Edward I, Richard II, Henry V, Elizabeth I x 3, James I, Charles I.

Hammered in 2016 - 1 : Richard III.
