Go to http://www.rpra.org/strays.html - tells you how to report found birds (or in our case probably just the ring).

Online reporting: if it has just GB on it the go to http://www.pigeonracing.com/stray-online.htm but if it has NEHU written on it email NEHU@nehu.co.uk

Otherwise refer to the original page for address & phone numbers of the various associations.
