Buddy wanted. West Yorkshire.

I'm looking for a detecting buddy around West Yorkshire to acquire land with and work together. I have the intent to find land and sort contracts with farmers. To work with a detecting buddy and share travel costs (I can drive and own a car), cover more ground and make discoveries together. I have knowledge of sites that need investigating. Maybe work towards a search and recovery business to get farmers on our side? Neil.

There is 250 acres available at Birkwood Farm. I have asked him before about detecting on his land. He gave me verbal permission but I need to sort my public liability insurance and a covering letter. I already have a contract template ready to fill in. There is also a lot of land in East Yorkshire that I'm aware of, this just needs investigating and the farmers need to be approached.
