result hey Lee
we will have to see if we can get any documents off the case to pass to our mp's - i think everytime anyone finds a ruined field with contaminated green waste it should be reported to the Environmental Agency, they now know we are not crazy men

Yep.. I am in total agreement with you there...
Some copies of any documents would be handy to help prove we are not mad men or ladies...

That is a great result and I think a few more are heading for heavy fines, I was surprised to find my local recycler manages to filter all the metal waste out, which proves some firms are taking short cuts to make money.I still think this peatless compost is useless
even when clean?

After the case, an Environment Agency spokesman said: "This is a serious environmental crime.
"By depositing controlled waste, Vital Earth have fallen significantly short of their environmental duties.
"We will not hesitate to prosecute in such cases."
Couldn't make it clearer could they! At least we now know who to report it to..... and a copy to your MP.
