I had picasa but for some reason it stopped working.have tried redownloading but its not working.ASnything but photoscape

I use Paint.NET (free download) I have used it for a while now, I first tried it when I wanted to write on some pics of finds that I print for the farmers, but it does just about everything that I need.

if you have a i-pad apple have just (last night) brought out a version of i-photo for them it costs the princely sum of £2-99 ,well worth it ,downloaded it and played around last night ,really good in fact superb for that price .you have to upgrade your i-pad to the latest o/s first though but thats free as any apple user should know
