Hi Mo and Brian,

Thanks for the info re beach detecting. I found it very useful and interesting.

Can anyone advise if detecting on a beach; are you then allowed to metal detect if there is a tributary ? Or do you have to stop at the beach area and not allowed near the river mouth?
